Hannah (Schooner) logbook, 1801-1802.

The logbook of the schooner Hannah details a shipping voyage from Boston to Martinique and Saint Croix in the West Indies to Savannah, Dec. 1801-June 1802. The master was Reuben Allen. The logbook includes inventories of the schooner's cargo, notes on shipboard occupations, and illustrations of profile views and a watercolor painting of a ship. The logbook includes descriptions of port activities. During its voyage, the Hannah spoke the brig Aligator (out of Portsmouth) and the schooner Saba (out of Boston).
